Paperwork collection dates

Football
C & B Team starts August 3rd. Practices are Monday - Thursday, 5:30pm - 8pm.
Flag starts August 11th. Practices are Tuesday and Thursday, 5:30pm - 7pm.

Cheer 
C & B Team starts August 10th. Practices are Monday - Thursday 5:30pm - 8pm.
Flag starts August 11th. Practices are Tuesday and Thursday, 5:30pm - 7pm.

Please ensure all paperwork is turned in prior to the start of practice. Paperwork dates are:

7/21/22 - 6pm - 7:30pm at the PCC

7/22/26 - 6pm to 7:30pm at the PCC

The following paperwork is required:
· Registration form (Located in the Resources section)

· Player/cheerleader wallet sized photo attached to the Registration form

· Copy of birth certificate

· Physical (dated 8/2/25 or later)

· Proof of grade (Use SchoolTool website, click child's name, click Attendance tab. Print full page showing 2026-2027 school year, name and grade. Note: must use website, not SchoolTool app.)
