Registration Grades/Ages and Cost
$135 - Flag Football (Grades Young 5s-2) & Cheerleading (Ages 5-7)
$195 - C Team Football (Grades 3-4) & Cheerleading (Ages 8-10)
$195 - B Team Football (Grades 5-6) & Cheerleading (Ages 10-12*)
*For cheer teams with age overlap, final placement will be determined by the Cheer Director.

The last day to register for cheer is 6/20/26.
Register for Football by 7/1/26 and Cheer by 6/20/26 to get a FREE PMYFCL practice shirt!
There is a mandatory cheer fitting on 6/20/26 at the PCC.

All required paperwork will be collected in person at the PCC on:
-Saturday, 6/20/26 - 11:30am - 2:30pm
-Tuesday, 7/21/26 - 6pm - 7:30pm
-Wednesday 7/22/26 - 6pm - 7:30pm

Required paperwork includes:
-Registration form (Click Resources -> For Parents -> Registration Form)
-Picture of player/cheerleader attached to Registration form
-Copy of birth certificate
-Physical dated 8/2/25 or after
-Proof of Grade (usually obtained from SchoolTool)

Athletes will not be permitted to practice until ALL paperwork is submitted.

ALL team participants are required to participate in a mandatory prepaid raffle ticket fundraiser. 
Tickets cost $80 for C & B teams and $40 for Flag teams and will be added to the registration total.

Reminder that all families are responsible to sign up for volunteer shifts for each athlete registered:
Flag families are responsible to volunteer for 1 two hour shift.
B & C families are responsible to volunteer for 2 two hour shifts.
Information on how to sign up for a volunteer shift will be communicated as the season progresses.
