Cheer
Cheer is a competitive program. Athletes will attend practices, games and 4 all-day competitions during the season. We want all of our athletes to have a fun and positive experience in this program. Athletes will be expected to pay attention, follow directions and work both independently and in a group setting.
Ages
Flag cheer is grades K-2nd
C Cheer is grades 3rd and 4th
B Cheer is grades 5th and 6th
When
Mid August through October.
Where
Cheerleading practices are held at the Intermediate School and the Palmyra Community Center.
Home games are played at the Pal-Mac High School.
Practices
Flag will practice 3 days (Tuesday-Thursday) in August.
Flag will practice 2 days (Tuesday & Thursday) starting in September.
C and B will practice 4 days (Monday-Thursday) in August.
C and B will practice 3 days (Tuesday-Thursday) starting in September.
Games
We have 8 games 4 home and 4 away.
Games are played on Sundays.
Cheerleaders also attend 4 competitions.
Jerseys
Shells, skirts and bows are provided.
Extra Costs
Cheerleader will need to buy liners, lollies and shoes.
Warm up optional.
Water for practices and games.
