Football
Football is designed to teach the fundamentals of football. The primary objective of the flag program is to have fun. As athletes progress to tackle football on C and B Teams the focus will include participation, education and fun. We want all of our athletes to have a fun and positive experience in this program. Athletes will be expected to pay attention, follow directions and work both independently and in a group setting.
Ages
Flag Football is grades K-2nd
C Football is grades 3rd & 4th
B Football is grades 5th & 6th
When
Mid August through October.
Where
Football practices are held at the Intermediate School.
Home games are played at the Pal-Mac High School.
Practices
Flag will practice 3 days (Tuesday-Thursday) in August.
Flag will practice 2 days (Tuesday & Thursday) starting in September.
C and B will practice 4 days (Monday-Thursday) in August.
C and B will practice 3 days (Tuesday-Thursday) starting in September.
Games
We have 8 games 4 home and 4 away.
Games are played on Sundays.
Jerseys
Game pants, game jerseys, shoulder pads, rib pads, helmets, and practice jerseys are provided for C and B.
Games jerseys and mouth guards are provided for Flag.
Extra Costs
C and B will need to buy practice all in one pants, mouth guards, cup and cleats.
Flag will need to buy black shorts and cleats.
Water for practice and games.
